We offer a 7 days return policy for approx all products but not on all. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and have all the documents/tag or proof of purchase. If the product is used, dirty, and all tags are broken then we don't take the products and you don't get its refunds. We don't handle delivery process. Since we are doing dropshipping, delivery process is done by our suppliers but we provides average delivery time between 5-7 days.
