Our Return & Refund Policy

We believe that shopping should be stress-free. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we want to make the return process as simple as possible. Please take a moment to read our guidelines below.

1. The 7-Day Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to decide if it’s right for you. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

2. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means it should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear or are missing parts cannot be accepted.

3. Items That Can’t Be Returned

For health, safety, and custom reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Final Sale or clearance items.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Perishable goods (like food or flowers).

  • Personal care items (like beauty products or swimwear).

4. How to Start Your Return

Sending an item back is easy:

Please note: Unless the item arrived damaged, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you an email to let you know it arrived. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
