At Gupitor, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at the lowest possible cost. This Delivery & Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is a delay due to stock issues or other reasons, we will notify you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted courier and logistics companies to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Other Cities/Towns 5–7 business days
Remote Locations 7–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: Orders above ₹100 qualify for free shipping (cost of products included shipping charges).
Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹50 applies for orders below the free shipping limit.
Any applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your order status on our website using the Track Order page or directly through the courier partner’s tracking portal.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If you are unavailable during delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. International Shipping (If Applicable)
We currently [do/do not] ship internationally.
If shipping outside India, delivery times and charges will vary based on destination and customs regulations. Import duties and taxes, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and pincode are correct at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
